I think it is pretty well known that I love kikkiK it is one of my all time favourite stores. I first discovered it only a few years ago when I started working in the Sydney CBD and walked through the Queen Victoria Building everyday. I had seen nothing like it. Gorgeous, and I do mean gorgeous, stationery and organisational products everywhere that just stole my heart. I must admit that I spent a small fortune on my first visit – it was better than being a kid in a candy store! Finally there is a store open just 20 mins from home! I couldn’t be more excited!
Over the years my love for kikkiK hasn’t diminished at all. Each collection is wonderful, there are always great new product ideas and of course some old favourites. For the last three years I have bought the spiral bound A5 diary in whatever design is current. I love their spiral bound notebooks, page markers, sticky notes, stamps, memory books – oh the list could go on and on.
I also adore the more luxe products like the bags, satchels, pens and clocks that don’t fit in my budget, but maybe one day I’ll get my hands on them!
This month kikki K is celebrating it’s 10th birthday and as part of the celebration kikkiK has been featuring computer desktop designs on their blog that feature patterns and elements from each of the last 10 years. Here are some of my favourites:
If you love to be organised, if you love stationery then you have to check out kikkiK, oh and you can shop online if there is no store local to you!
Happy 10th Birthday kikkiK and congratulations Kristina Karlsson for 10 years of inspiring, organising and making the world a brighter place – oh and for bring a little Scandinavian design to Australia. I’ll love you forever for that!
